Salary: $27.72 - $39.60 per hour (Full-Time, Direct Hire)

Shift: Nights Only (7 PM - 7 AM) with $4.25/hour night shift differential

Sign-On Bonus: $15,000

About the Role:

As a CVICU RN, you will deliver expert care to critically ill patients requiring constant monitoring and advanced cardiovascular support. Your role will involve close collaboration with an interdisciplinary team while advocating for patient safety, confidentiality, and well-being. Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a patient and family advocate, ensuring privacy and confidentiality.
• Provide detailed patient education regarding medications and treatment plans.
• Conduct frequent clinical assessments and adjust treatments autonomously based on patient needs.
• Deliver high-focus care, working in collaboration with other healthcare professionals to continuously improve patient outcomes.

Required Skills:

• Licensure: Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida or able to obtain licensure before start date.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of Acute Care RN experience.
• Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) required. Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) must be obtained within 6 months of hire.
• Education: Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required, Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.

Preferred Skills:

• Certifications: Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) certification is a plus (must be obtained within 2 years).
• Stroke Certification: NIHSS stroke certification is required within 30 days of employment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations.
