Family First Homecare is hiring Skilled and New Graduate Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to deliver exceptional 1:1 pediatric and young adult care in the comfort of our clients’ homes. We’re looking for compassionate clinicians ready to make a lasting impact—whether you're an experienced nurse or a newly licensed graduate ready to grow.

LoTech (Gtube): $26-$31

HiTech (Trach/Vent): $30-$35

Position Details:

• Location: Pinellas County, FL
• Schedule Options: Full-Time or Part-Time, 12s, 7-7, Days or Nights, Weekdays or Weekends
• Care Setting: 1:1 in-home care for medically fragile infants, children, and young adults

What You'll Do:

• Provide personalized care based on physician-directed plans
• Perform ongoing assessments and nursing interventions
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies
• Educate families on clinical care to ensure continuity and safety
• Collaborate with families and care teams to support positive outcomes
